Cyber security solutions company Quick Heal Technologies will be announcing annual salary increment in October 2020 to its employees.
Quick Heal Technologies has already offered performance-linked incentives (PLIs) to deserving employees in May.
Quick Heal Technologies has also digitally hired over 150 employees during the lockdown, across R&D, Security Labs, Sales and other enabling functions.
The company has tied-up with educational institutions and created various long-term and short-term courses on cybersecurity through its education division, Quick Heal Academy. Quick Heal aims to focus on talent readiness for the jobs of tomorrow, where it will be indispensable for organizations to hire employees who are well equipped with skills and knowledge to fight cybercrimes.
“There is no better time than this to continue to invest in our talented employees and support and incentivize them for the hard work and dedication they bring to the table,” Reetu Raina, chief human resources officer of Quick Heal Technologies, said.
