NortonLifeLock, a leader in consumer Cyber Safety, released results for its fiscal year 2022 fourth quarter and full year, which ended April 1, 2022.
NortonLifeLock reported revenue of $2,796 million (+10 percent) with operating margin of 36 percent (+90 basis points) in fiscal 2022.
NortonLifeLock had bookings of $2.9 billion (+8 percent) in fiscal 2022. Direct customer count reached 23.5 million, up 0.6 million.
NortonLifeLock’s Q4 revenue was $716 million (+7 percent). Bookings were $793 million (+4 percent) in Q4.
“Fiscal 2022 validated our strategy and showed progress in transformation journey with accelerated pace of product innovation, expansion, and a focus on customer experience,” said Vincent Pilette, CEO of NortonLifeLock.
NortonLifeLock is targeting revenue of $705-$715 million, translating to approximately 5 to 7 percent growth, in the first quarter of current fiscal.
The merger between NortonLifeLock and Avast is in a Phase 2 review with the U.K. Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and anticipated to close in mid-to-late 2022.
