Kaspersky Lab launched IT Health Check tool, an online questionnaire designed to assess companies’ cybersecurity defences and help IT departments identify potential issues.
Professionals completing the IT Health Check are asked to answer 15 questions relating to their organisation’s current IT security setup.
The tool delivers insight into the various security layers available to defend against cyber-attacks and encourages IT professionals and business decision makers to regularly investigate and interrogate their organisation’s cybersecurity strengths and weakness.
With this, the cyber security service provider aims to educate and raise awareness, promoting the need for companies of all sizes to adopt a multi-layered security approach to protect their digital assets – and that of their customers.
“With hundreds of thousands of new malicious files discovered each day, no business with an internet connection can afford to neglect their IT security,” said Kirill Slavin, general manager at Kaspersky Lab UK.
Kaspersky Lab also announced an expansion of its enterprise security product portfolio by adding an Anti Targeted Attack Platform.
This solution detects targeted attacks and a range of Security Intelligence Services including penetration testing, cybersecurity training and threat intelligence sharing.
The platform includes solutions for network, web and e-mail sensors as well as a Targeted Attack Analyser and Sandbox engines.
