(ISC)² , an information security professional body and administrators of the CISSP, CSSLP, and CCFP, has opened its office in Mumbai, India.
The office is part of a larger initiative to develop and grow (ISC)²’s presence and to provide localized resources and support for its 1,600+ members in India.
W Hord Tipton, CISSP, executive director, (ISC)², said that (ISC)2 is reaffirming its commitment to and support of membership growth overseas.
Expanding (ISC)²’s offerings and support in India will increase the availability of all certifications to a highly qualified base of security professionals. The need for qualified security professionals has never been greater. (ISC)²’s focus on expansion in Mumbai will help Indian and multi-national companies to meet this rapidly-growing demand.
