Iris Computers to distribute Defenx’s security products

Defenx has announced its exclusive tie-up with Iris Computers.

Iris will distribute Defenx’s entire range of security products.

Targeting home and enterprise users, Defenx develops technologies, products and services to ensure safety and protection against any form of threat or malware.

Principles of the Switzerland-based company’s products are excellence in technology, efficiency in technology, eco-friendly and values driven.

Defenx expects that there will be a positive impact from the tie-up to its growth, footprint and financial performance in India. Iris sees this as a valuable addition in its portfolio and offerings to the market. This move will enable both Defenx and Iris to better meet the needs of a broader set of customers by combining the two companies’ complementary strengths technology and reach respectively.

Iris Computers achieved turnover of Rs 1,200 crore.

“We were very cautious in appointing our first distributor in India, as the distribution house should set benchmarks for our future growth. And we are happy to say that it is Iris Computers. Iris Computers has a wide knowledge, network and understanding of the IT market from its rich background, which will help us establish Defenx in India,” said Maurizio Grassi, CEO, Defenx Software Solutions.

“Our market penetration strategy and Defenx solutions form a perfect blend to cater the wider IT market. We will give our best to provide the right platform to Defenx, which will help them grow fast, and we expect full support from Defenx to achieve the same,” said Sanjiv Krishen, chairman, Iris Computers.
