HCL in pact with Sanovi to offer Disaster Recovery services to enterprises

HCL Infosystems announced its partnership with Sanovi Technologies to offer Disaster Recovery services to Indian enterprises.

HCL Infosystems will offer Disaster Recovery as a Service powered by Sanovi Cloud DRM (Disaster Recovery Management) on the HCL Blu Enterprise Cloud platform to enterprises.

Neeraj Jaitley, president – Enterprise Solutions, HCL Infosystems, said: “ The DRaaS market is rapidly gaining maturity especially in the Large and Medium Business segments in India. Our services will enable our valued customers gear up their organizations to meet any challenge.”

Indian enterprises will benefit as they can achieve disaster-proof real-time monitoring, automated IT Disaster Recovery Processes and comprehensive reporting.

The Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) on HCL Blu Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure includes operations related to server, network and database installation, management and monitoring.

The service will be available for both customers whose primary data center is hosted with HCL Infosystems and others who have their primary data centers in-house or with other data center providers.

Customers who have both virtual as well as physical servers can avail of this service.

Sanovi and HCL Infosystems will collaborate in joint go-to-market initiatives, marketing and promotional efforts as well as in training.
