Gemalto have joined hands with Orange Business Services for integrating Gemalto’s SafeNet Authentication Service with Business VPN Galerie, the Orange Business Services secured cloud hub.
The customers of Orange Business Services will be benefitted from Gemalto’s solution through Flexible Identity which uses the SafeNet Authentication Service.
The company said enterprises will have a unified solution that offers seamless multifactor authentication capability for all their corporate applications, infrastructure and cloud services such as Office 365 and Salesforce.com which will improve performance and security.
This collaboration will also provide end-to-end access to Gemalto’s multi-tier, multi-tenant cloud-based strong authentication service over the Orange IP VPN.
“By leveraging Gemalto’s authentication solution, we are expanding the ecosystem of available applications though Business VPN Galerie and enhancing the security for applications accessed through our global cloud-enabled network,” said Pierre-Louis Biaggi, vice president, Networks, Orange Business Services.
In March, Pellegrini selected Gemalto for a solution for their EMV digital meal voucher program.
Last year in December, Gemalto signed a multi-year contract with “La Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec” (SAAQ) to offer new license for Quebec drivers.
