Fortinet deploys Channelinsight’s CDM solution

Fortinet has selected Channelinsight’s cloud-based Channel Data Management (CDM) application, partner management and enablement services to increase productivity.

Channelinsight provides real-time capture, processing and analysis of its point-of-sale, inventory and sales in/sales out data to high technology manufacturers which enables them to see what their channel partners are selling and to whom.

Fortinet required 360-degree view of direct and indirect sales in order to impact sales performance and to increase sales growth.

According to Channelinsight, its complete and real-time view of channel sales will help company to grow, strengthen its partnership, enable the payment of incentives and rebates in a timely manner and increase sales rep productivity to drive the business forward in 2015 and beyond.

The company said everyone from sales, marketing, operations and distributions can view channel activities in Salesforce using Channelinsight for Salesforce.

Using Channelinsight’s cloud-based CDM solution Fortinet has also redefined its channel key performance indicators (KPIs).

According to company officials 100 percent accurate channel sales data has helped Fortinet to make more effective and timely business decisions.

“Channelinsight’s solution provides us the ability to see and analyze trends and KPIs within our channel sales in real-time, and directly in Salesforce,” stated Joe Sykora, Fortinet’s VP of channel sales/operations.

Last year in August, Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA) selected Channelinsight’s channel customer relationship management (cCRM) solution stack for real-time capture, processing, maintenance and analysis of its point-of-sale (POS) data.
