CrowdStrike Holdings, a leading global cybersecurity firm, has unveiled its financial performance for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2024, concluding on January 31, 2024.
In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024, CrowdStrike recorded impressive revenue figures, totaling $845.3 million, marking 33 percent increase from the same period in fiscal 2023. Subscription revenue also experienced robust growth, reaching $795.9 million, a 33 percent rise compared to the previous fiscal year’s fourth quarter.
Additionally, the company reported a 34 percent increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), reaching $3.44 billion by January 31, 2024, with $281.9 million in net new ARR added during the quarter. Notably, CrowdStrike achieved a net income of of $53.7 million, a turnaround from the $47.5 million loss reported in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023.
For the full fiscal year 2024, CrowdStrike continued its upward trajectory, generating total revenue of $3.06 billion, a 36 percent increase from fiscal 2023. Subscription revenue saw similar growth, climbing to $2.87 billion, reflecting a 36 percent rise from the previous fiscal year.

In a strategic move to bolster its cloud security offerings, CrowdStrike has announced its acquisition of Flow Security, a pioneering cloud data runtime security solution. This acquisition reinforces CrowdStrike’s commitment to providing comprehensive real-time data protection across endpoint and cloud environments. With Flow Security onboard, the CrowdStrike Falcon platform is poised to emerge as the industry’s most comprehensive data security platform.
Following the completion of the acquisition, CrowdStrike intends to integrate Flow Security’s capabilities into its Falcon Cloud Security, enhancing its Falcon XDR platform. This integration will enable customers to streamline their cloud security solutions and safeguard their entire cloud infrastructure effectively. By offering enhanced visibility into critical cloud data flows and proactive detection of potential risks, CrowdStrike aims to provide unparalleled security solutions for its clientele.
