Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Check Point, Huawei and Juniper were the top Firewall – Enterprise vendors in Q2 2018.
Network security appliance market revenue grew 9 percent in the second quarter of 2018 – driven by enterprise-class firewalls, Dell’Oro Group said. Firewall – Enterprise segment increased 15 percent.
The Application Delivery Controller market revenue increased four percent and units were up two percent.
Virtual WAN Optimization market was flat for the third consecutive quarter. Revenue growth in virtual appliances could not offset declines in physical appliance sales.
