CII announces online business gateway powered by cloudBuy

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has launched new online business gateway powered by secure technology platform from cloudBuy.
The members of Confederation of Indian Industry will be benefited from the new online business gateway.
The company said with the launch of e-commerce platform Indian businesses can promote their products and services, expand their boundaries and trade online.
Online business gateway will help to increase trade business. Indian businesses with this can target and expand the Indian, global and across region market. Companies can trade online the same day while free listing on the CII e-commerce gateway.
The agreement between cloudBuy and CII to develop a global trading platform was signed last year. It was announced at the time of agreement that the service will be chargeable to members and will include website and transactional revenues.
The secure cloudBuy platform provides e-commerce capabilities and helps business to sell its products and services online. Additionally, companies can process inquiries, orders, invoices and payments and can also upload an existing product catalogue.
With the e-commerce capabilities provided to businesses they can offer secure shopping basket and checkout process, take payment by a variety of methods. The customers online will have multiple images display for products and services.
“We have made sure that the marketplace has low transaction costs and delivers fast payments direct to sellers’ bank accounts. It will provide Indian businesses with a new gateway to the world,” said TT Ashok, chairman, CII National SME Council.
