Akamai Technologies has revealed its financial results and main achievements for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024.
Akamai Technologies said its revenue rose 5 percent to $980 million from $936 million in the second quarter of 2023.
Akamai Technologies’ revenue from security business was $499 million (up 15%).
Akamai Technologies’ revenue from delivery business was $329 million (down 13%).
Akamai Technologies’ revenue from compute business was $151 million (up 23%).
Akamai Technologies’ revenue from U.S. was $509 million (up 6%).
Akamai Technologies’ revenue from International was $471 million (up 3%).
Akamai Technologies is targeting revenue of $988 million – $1,008 million during the third quarter of 2024.
Akamai Technologies is targeting sales revenue of $3,970 million – $4,010 million in 2024.
Akamai said its security and cloud computing solutions represent approximately two-thirds of total revenue.
