XO Communications’ Hosted PBX service now have concierge

XO Communications, a provider of unified Communication, has launched HPBX Concierge for Hosted PBX (HPBX) service.

Besides managing HPBX services online customers can now also leverage concierge.

Company says it is a personalized service that enables XO account administrators to change, add, or delete phone numbers and modify certain features for customers’ HPBX, by simply making a phone call to XO.

The new touch free service allows the XO HPBS customers to focus on the core business priorities rather than managing phone calls.

The latest features include: instant messaging; presence (availability status); integration with Microsoft Outlook; web-based collaboration, document and desktop sharing; as well as video calling and fax-to-email capabilities.

The XO HPBX service now automatically includes the popular WorkTime mobility application which incorporates a smartphone app and virtual phone client for the user’s desktop.

Last year in May, XO Communications introduced its online portal that comes with new capabilities to enhance customer services.
