Tommy Hilfiger launches digital showroom

Tommy Hilfiger, a premium designer lifestyle group owned by PVH Corporation, has launched a digital sales showroom at its headquarters Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The centerpiece of the digital showroom is an interactive touchscreen table which connects to a wall-to-wall grid of ultra-high-definition screens, the company said in a statement.

“Customers can view every item in the Tommy Hilfiger sportswear and Hilfiger Denim seasonal collections on screen and create custom orders. They can view head-to-toe looks, zoom in to see design features, and click on a garment for information such as color offerings and size ranges,” the statement said.

The digital showroom is part of Tommy Hilfiger’s sustainability mission. It reduces sample production, eliminates the need for printed order forms, and diminishes the ecological impact of shipping. The company has added that it offers benefits from supply chain and manufacturing to packaging and international shipping. Tommy Hilfiger is also planning to expand the concept into markets worldwide.
