Polycom has enhanced its voice solutions portfolio with the launch of two new entry-level desktop phones, Polycom VVX 101 and Polycom VVX 201.
The new media phones are designed for organizations of all sizes and budgets while providing unparalleled voice quality for clear, uninterrupted conversations and work with a variety of unified communications platforms.
The Polycom VVX 101 business media phone is designed for small and home offices, lobby areas and shared workplaces and features single line while Polycom VVX 102 business media phone is designed for organizations of all sizes and features two line supports.
The company said with technologies like Polycom’s HD voice, Polycom Acoustic Clarity and Polycom Acoustic Fence, the new phones deliver sound quality and noise-free, echo-free conversations.
In addition, users require no or less training to use the new phones as phone feature intuitive user interface.
Company officials said new phones are easy to deploy and simple to manage with easy installation, configuration and upgradation.
Additionally, Polycom Zero Touch Provisioning and Web-based configuration allows administration to provision and maintain a large number of phones throughout the organizations.
The Polycom VVX 101 and Polycom VVX 201 business media phones are certified to interoperate with a broad array of SIP call control platforms and integrate with third-party Web-based UC and productivity applications.

In May, Polycom revealed the launch of two new RealPresence Group Series video collaboration solutions for small workspaces.
In April, Polycom designed Polycom RealAccess services delivery platform to help IT administrators make smarter decisions, drive adoption and protect their unified communications and collaboration investments.
