Orange Business Services today announced its digital transformation deal with EMAS, an offshore contractor with construction vessels.
The offshore engineering solutions company aims at digitally transforming its communications infrastructure to improve productivity and customer experience.
Orange Business Services will deploy Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) – providing EMAS with a managed, cloud-based voice infrastructure that delivers efficient collaboration and improved productivity for their employees across 17 locations in seven countries.
As part of the digital deal, EMAS’ users can access existing and new collaboration services through a unified communications platform using an as-a-service model. Orange Business said in a statement that cost optimization, flexibility, scalability and better user experience are some of the benefits to its client.
“Beyond raising user productivity, the scalability of the UCaaS solution means it can evolve with our business and enhances our unified communications vision,” said Alex Ang, general manager of IT at EMAS.
Orange Business Services-powered Business Together as a Service will assist EMAS to ensure that its communications infrastructure and costs keep pace with business expansion.
