Zensar Technologies has expanded its Managed Mobility Services (MMS) by focusing on mobile, virtualization, network and Wi-Fi security management.
Earlier, Zensar’s focus was on traditional mobile device management (MDM) capabilities.
Zensar’s new mobility solution will enable enterprises with end-to-end management of enterprise mobility by offering a full spectrum of services around device management, mobile security, BYOD, Wi-Fi management, 24×7 mobile help desk and hardware logistics support.
“As the trend of enterprises adopting BYOD or BYOA continues to increase, organizations are faced with significant challenges in terms of enabling employee productivity while ensuring the security of the corporate infrastructure,” said Vivek Gupta, chief executive, Zensar Global IM Services.
Gartner says 77 percent of organizations have a managed mobility service contract or plan to have one in the next 12 months.
The company says its Managed Mobility Services (MMS) enable organizations to manage, secure and connect mobile devices to enterprise infrastructure, allowing seamless integration and centralized management of enterprise and employee-owned devices.
Moreover, Zensar’s Cloud and on-premise based MMS services support all major mobile platforms and also facilitate integration with customer virtualized application and desktop environments.
