Vishak Raman of Fortinet resigned

Vishak Raman, senior regional director – India & SAARC at Fortinet, has resigned.

He has worked with Fortinet, a network security firm, for the past 10 years. He says he would take a short break to look after health and family.

“It has been a long 10 years journey at Fortinet which I cherished every bit. I have decided to take some personal break from the hectic work schedule and focus on health and family,” said Raman in a personal mail to select industry people.

Fortinet India has 12 percent market share in the overall security appliance market in India ($170 million), registering 28 percent year over year growth in 2013 to reach the #3 position in the overall security appliance market from a ground zero position in 2003.
