Alibaba Group has selected Vidyo to enhance its free, cloud-based enterprise unified communication platform, the DingTalk.
Vidyo will provide Alibaba DingTalk embedded HD quality, click-to-connect multiparty video conferencing capabilities.
Alibaba introduced DingTalk in January 2015. Now more than 1.5 million enterprise companies use DingTalk on desktop and mobile.
As such, Alibaba DingTalk needed tremendous scalability to address the platform’s large and growing installed base of Chinese enterprises requesting face-to-face collaboration.
With Vidyo, DingTalk is now able to join 100+ endpoints in a conference in a user-friendly interface with HD content sharing and flexible display layouts.
