Vantiva Completes Acquisition of CommScope Home Networks Business

Vantiva, a technology company enabling Network Service Providers (NSPs) to connect consumers, has announced the finalization of its acquisition of CommScope Home Networks.
CommScopeThis acquisition solidifies Vantiva’s standing in the global Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) market.

“The integration of the Home Networks division promises accelerated innovations, increased service capacity, and an expanded geographical reach, all of which will greatly benefit our customers,” Luis Martinez-Amago, CEO of Vantiva, said.
