Vantiva Completes Acquisition of CommScope Home Networks Business

Vantiva, a technology company enabling Network Service Providers (NSPs) to connect consumers, has announced the finalization of its acquisition of CommScope Home Networks.
CommScopeThis acquisition solidifies Vantiva’s standing in the global Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) market.

“The integration of the Home Networks division promises accelerated innovations, increased service capacity, and an expanded geographical reach, all of which will greatly benefit our customers,” Luis Martinez-Amago, CEO of Vantiva, said.

The acquisition of CommScope’s Home Networks division was executed through a 25 percent stake in Vantiva’s fully-diluted capital from the authorized reserved capital increase, as approved by the Combined General Meeting held on December 19, 2023.

Moreover, contingent upon Vantiva achieving an EBITDA equal to or surpassing 400 million euros in a fiscal year within the five years following the acquisition’s conclusion, CommScope stands to receive a potential earn-out payment of up to a cumulative maximum of 100 million dollars.
