Insurance company Tryg has selected Telenor as its supplier for a new contact centre solution and telephony platform.

The size of the contract is around NOK 80 million over a period of five years.

The contact centre solution and telephony platform, which is based on Cisco’s hardware and software, will now be used by Tryg’s operations in Denmark and Norway.

The new solution will replace Tryg’s current contact centre as well as a previous telephony solution also supplied by Telenor, according to Marina Lonning, business market manager at Telenor Norway.
