TomTom has acquired Coordina, a provider of fleet management solutions in Barcelona.
“The acquisition of Coordina will enable us to deliver our highly innovative and easy-to-use products in combination with our TomTom WEBFLEET services to more Spanish fleets faster,” said Thomas Schmidt, TomTom Business Solutions’ Managing Director.
By adding 27,000 subscriptions from Coordina, TomTom Business Solutions will reach an active installed base of more than 300,000 vehicles which services 25,000 customers, the largest customer base in the industry.
