Infotech Lead America: TIBCO Software has unveiled TIBCO Silver Mobile 1.0, a new mobile application development and management software.

TIBCO said its Silver Fabric 5.0 brings a new Platform-as-a-Service operations model (PAAS Ops) to enterprise IT that radically eases the provisioning and managing of enterprise software platforms, simplifying the development process and accelerating time to market for new software development projects.
