TIBCO partners with HP for Business Intelligence Modernization

TIBCO Software, a provider of infrastructure and business intelligence (BI) software, has partnered with HP on its new Business Intelligence Modernization Services.

The partnership will combine the production-scale analytics and event processing of TIBCO’s Fast Data portfolio with HP’s services, technologies and architectures, to deliver the best-in-class, real-time, closed-loop decision making systems, the company said.

The new partnership will also create opportunities for its clients to benefit from Big Data and enhanced analytics, said Martin Risau, senior vice president, analytics and data management, HP Enterprise Services. “This will enable our clients to improve their customers’ experience, reduce costs, risk and achieve a competitive advantage.”

TIBCO and HP are uniquely positioned to address the emerging demands of Big Data and Fast Data by enabling customers to process vast amounts of structured and unstructured data in real time, and on an industrialized scale, company officials said.

“HP has a strong focus in bringing clients flexibility, expanded features and options to modernize their Business Intelligence and accelerate their time to value,” said Martin Risau, senior vice president, analytics and data management, HP Enterprise Services.

“Our partnership with TIBCO will enable powerful analytics and compelling visualizations customized for exploratory analysis of Big Data and legacy sources, which are built on our reliable and comprehensive hybrid data management platform and integrated using open architectures,” Risau added.
