This collaboration will enable businesses to leverage Google Cloud’s AI capabilities, facilitating innovation, boosting operational efficiencies, and enhancing data-driven decision-making across various industries.

Konecta and Google Cloud Announce Alliance

Konecta, a leader in customer experience services, has formed a three-year partnership with Google Cloud to drive AI-powered innovations in CX.

This alliance will see Konecta integrate Google Cloud’s Customer Engagement Suite and Generative AI capabilities, enhancing CX by enabling businesses to automate interactions and develop AI-driven agents via Vertex AI.

Opus IVS and Protech Automotive Solutions Announce Collaboration

Opus IVS, a provider of intelligent vehicle support solutions, has partnered with Protech Automotive Solutions, the largest U.S. provider of Advanced Driver-Assistance System diagnostic and calibration services, to enhance ADAS identification for repair shops across the nation.

This collaboration leverages Protech’s ADAS ID3 technology and Opus IVS’s existing ADAS MAP platform to create a streamlined ADAS identification process. This will enable repair technicians to rapidly and precisely identify ADAS systems, empowering them to make informed repair and calibration choices.
