Infotech Lead Europe: TeamViewer, a provider of remote control and online meetings software, has launched its new app which enables Samsung mobile devices to be remotely controlled via TeamViewer software.
The TeamViewer QuickSupport app will allow IT departments to help employees resolve any mobile-related support queries quickly and easily, while also giving private users the ability to provide remote support to friends and family members who need guidance and assistance.
This represents the very first time that mobile devices can be remotely controlled via TeamViewer software, providing a major additional benefit to users at a time when mobile device usage continues to proliferate.
