Tangoe delivers telecom expense management software and services to Siemens

Tangoe, a global provider of Communications Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and related services, is offering Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software and services to Siemens Australia.

Siemens selected Tangoe to provide a fully hosted TEM solution. Tangoe completed a customized TEM strategy and implemented a comprehensive TEM solution that provides Siemens Australia with a unified view of all expenses across its fixed and mobile environment of thousands of devices.

With presence in Australia for more than 140 years, Siemens Australia has been a leader in providing technology solutions in the areas of energy, healthcare, industry and infrastructure for customers.

Siemens has a large number of mobile services and devices deployed in both Australia and New Zealand. In an effort to more effectively manage communications costs and resources, Siemens evaluated its communications cost management technologies, processes and provider.

After completing a comprehensive TEM vendor review process, Siemens selected Tangoe to provide a fully hosted TEM solution.

Tangoe completed a customized TEM strategy and implemented a comprehensive TEM solution that provides Siemens Australia with a unified view of all expenses across its fixed and mobile environment of thousands of devices.

With Tangoe’s TEM solution, Siemens is also able to consolidate its call accounting software and Telecom Expense Management systems into a single solution in order to reduce our fixed and mobile operational costs.
