ShoreTel, a provider of phone systems and unified communications solutions, announced the appointment of Arun Balasubramaniam as country manager of India.
Arun will be responsible for building relationships and driving sales by overseeing sales strategy for customer acquisition, retention, as well as partner recruitment and management in India.
Prior to joining ShoreTel, Arun was the national channel leader for IBM’s Collaboration Solutions business in India and South Asia. He has also held roles at TrendMicro and Microsoft.
