Schneider Electric today announced the appointment of Accenture veteran Prith Banerjee as chief technology officer (CTO) – responsible for driving the innovation and R&D programs.
Prith Banerjee was the managing director of Global Technology R&D at Accenture. At Accenture Prith was responsible for overseeing Accenture’s technology R&D group, leading the technology labs, which explores new and emerging technologies, directing Accenture’s annual Technology Vision research.
Previously, Prith was CTO of ABB. Earlier he was senior vice president of research at HP and director of HP Labs.
