Business software major SAP today announced the appointment of Box veteran Justin Somaini as chief security officer (CSO).
At Box, Justin Somaini was chief trust officer. Earlier, he held a number of senior positions at both Yahoo and Symantec.

Recently, SAP set up a section on the website for SAP HANA for providing information about various security aspects of the platform. This section contains information about operating SAP HANA platform-based systems securely, including tips on secure configuration, warnings about potential security risks and advice on how to counteract them.
