RSA, the security division of EMC, has appointed Niloofar Razi Howe as chief strategy officer — to lead corporate strategy, corporate development, and planning.
Before RSA, Howe was the chief strategy officer at Endgame responsible for driving market and product strategy, as well as leading marketing, product management, corporate development and planning.
Before Endgame, she spent 9 years as managing director of Paladin Capital Group, a $1 billion private equity fund focused on investing in the national security sector – leading the development and implementation of Paladin’s investment strategies as well as oversight of Paladin’s investment portfolio.
Niloofar Razi Howe, chief strategy officer, RSA, said: “Given the dramatic rate of technology changes and rapidly evolving cyber threats, the security market will require radical transformation to meet customer needs.”
