Infotech Lead America: Rimhub, a provider of outsourced managed services, has launched a new Custom Application Development service designed for telecom services providers (TSPs) that build, integrate and provide value-added applications to existing communication products.
The Custom Apps Development service leverages Rimhub’s expertise in the BroadSoft BroadWorks platform. It is a key offering of Rimhub’s IP Center of Excellence (COE) portfolio.

Rimhub has deployed several turnkey applications for many Hosted PBX providers. Examples include custom Call Center monitoring dashboards written in rapid application development technologies like Node.JS, MongoDB, and HTML5; apps components designed to connect VoIP platforms with Instant Messaging; and Presence servers using Java and custom desktop-based notification applications that integrate incoming and outgoing call information with 3rd-party SaaS platforms.
Rimhub specializes in boutique services that can enhance, maintain and manage leading VoIP and Telecommunications products. Rimhub’s IP Center of Excellence (IP COE) was launched in August last year to provide IP support services for Telecom/VoIP companies.
IP COE is a growing practice comprised of over a dozen BroadSoft-certified engineers.
