Providea Conferencing opens video network operations center in Hong Kong

Infotech Lead Asia: Providea Conferencing, a provider of video conferencing, collaboration and telepresence technology solutions, is opening its Video Network Operations Center (VNOCs) in Hong Kong.

The new VNOC expands the company’s global footprint to serve the needs of its enterprise customer base in Asia/Pacific.

With the addition of Hong Kong, the company now operates hosted, managed and network conferencing services through four VNOCs with other locations including Hawthorne, CA, New York, NY and Toronto, Canada, each staffed with certified and experienced video and network engineers.

Through its VNOCs, Providea offers managed services with access to video conferencing infrastructure including multi-point bridges, gateway services (ISDN, Skype, GoogleTalk, etc), and video hosting via the cloud (public/private), making it easy for customers to interact and maximize productivity
