Nuance Communications announced the appointment of Aspect Software veteran Rajeev Soni as its managing director, South Asia, for the company’s Enterprise and Mobile businesses.
Rajeev will be responsible for looking after the operations in the South Asian market with a focus on strengthening its intelligent speech language technology business.
Based in Mumbai, Rajeev will report to Jason Stirling, senior vice president and general manager, Nuance, Asia Pacific.
Rajeev worked with Aspect Software for 12 years including the latest position as general manager for India.
Prior to Nuance, Rajeev associated with Semsui as their chief business advisor. Before that, he has held several senior management and country-lead positions in companies like Microsoft, Aspect Software, Kana Software etc.
