NTT Data Corporation has selected Procera Networks’ Network Application Visibility Library (NAVL) for developing a network traffic analytics product.
NTT Data, which provides enterprises with data forensics, network security, network monitoring, traffic analysis and Big Data processing, will leverage NAVL as the DPI engine in order to gain visibility into how enterprise networks are being used.
NAVL, a Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) engine, provides real-time Layer-7 classification of network application traffic.
Delivered as a software development kit (SDK) and designed for integration into enterprise and telecom network infrastructure platforms, NAVL provides application visibility and Internet Intelligence enabling developers of all types of networking and IT solutions to enforce policy, control application admission, report on trends and analyze network data for their enterprise and service provider customers.
