Robert Wood Johnson Health System has selected NTT DATA Optimum Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Suite for deploying in Rahway and Somerset, New Jersey.
Kevin Dunn, vice president of Revenue Cycle Services, said the Optimum System allows the hospital to produce accurate bills with over 90 percent of inpatient accounts being billed at the contracted rate.
With the addition of the Optimum RCM solution to these two additional facilities, RWJ will be able to provide a single, accurate source of information across their enterprise, said NTT DATA.
