NextDocs, a provider of Microsoft SharePoint-based compliance software solutions has appointed Nitin Bhatia as vice president of Global Services at NextDocs.
Under this new role, Nitin Bhatia will be looking after highest levels of customer service during the sale, deployment of solutions, and ongoing management of NextDocs solutions around the world.
On his appointment as a VP of Global Service, Bhatia said that NextDocs is a growing company that offers veterans like him the opportunity to lead in a collaborative environment and truly add value to a company that sets a high bar for service early on.
“As Vice President of Global Services, I’ll be able to help further accelerate the adoption of NextDocs solutions,” Bhatia added.
Before stepping into this new position, Bhatia was serving Microsoft as a senior director of Office 365 business group. NextDocs said that his experience at Microsoft will help guide the growth of NextDocs’ largest division and strengthen the diverse and experienced global services team.
“As we further expand our footprint internationally to meet the growing demand for our solutions, Nitin will ensure that our current and future customers are satisfied at every stage of implementation,” said Zikria Syed, CEO at NextDocs.
At Microsoft, Bhatia managed various teams while leading the development and advancement of Microsoft’s cloud computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms. Prior to his role at Office 365 group, Bhatia spent 14 years at Microsoft Services.
