NetApp has appointed Vasanthi Ramesh as Managing Director of NetApp India, expanding her responsibilities in addition to her current role as VP, Engineering for the Unified Manageability Framework.
Vasanthi Ramesh will oversee NetApp India’s strategic initiatives, including leading the company’s operations, pushing innovation, and strengthening relationships with GCC platforms and industry bodies like NASSCOM.
With nearly 30 years in enterprise software and consumer technology, Vasanthi Ramesh has been key in shaping NetApp’s manageability and data protection solutions. Her leadership will drive NetApp’s growth in India as it capitalizes on the evolving tech ecosystem.
Vasanthi Ramesh emphasized her excitement about this new challenge, aiming to foster innovation, build partnerships, and contribute to NetApp’s next phase of expansion in India’s rapidly developing tech landscape.
Vasanthi Ramesh holds dual master’s degrees from the University of Hyderabad (Statistics) and the New Jersey Institute of Technology (Computer Science).
