MphasiS hires Ajay Jotwani from rival Wipro

IT outsourcing vendor MphasiS has hired Ajay Jotwani as senior vice president and head of Infrastructure Services from rival Wipro Technologies.

At MphasiS, Ajay will lead the global Infrastructure Services business unit and report to Ganesh Ayyar, CEO.

In the last 12 years, Ajay focused on making strategic breakthroughs – opening geographies, establishing practices, and building global teams. He has run programs in data center consolidation; virtualization, workplace services and unified cloud strategy offering flexible services & consumption based models.

At Wipro Technologies, Ajay led new business acquisition for Infrastructure Services across Manufacturing Hitech (MHT), Energy Utilities (ENU) and Banking Financial Services Insurance (BFSI) verticals.

Most recently, Ajay led end to end IS sales and practice for MHT industry in US & Latin America.

Prior to Wipro, Ajay was with Sify leading Infrastructure sales for North America and Europe. In addition, he has had leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Syntel, HCL and others.
