The Virginia solution center is the first in a series of new solutions centers to open in strategic U.S. markets over the next 12 months.
Mitel is gaining market share in North America for IP PBX extensions. The company holds the third largest market share in the U.S., outpacing Microsoft and ShoreTel, according to recent market data from industry analyst firm MZA.
