Microsoft SQL Server powers Loylty Rewardz to process 280 mn accounts

Microsoft today said its SQL Server is powering Loylty Rewardz, a provider of customer loyalty programs, to process more than 280 million customer loyalty accounts.

In fact, Microsoft-powered proprietary solution LIDSys (Loyalty & Intelligence Development System) has supported Loylty Rewardz to grow its business by more than 22 times over the past five years.

The solution requires minimal implementation time and is capable of reducing risks while enhancing efficiency. LIDSys allows banks and merchants to improve customer relationship, gain insights into consumer behavior and drive profits.

Microsoft brings SQL Server 2014 to manufacturing

LIDSys is based on Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation (WCF). It has several client applications on web and windows forms, and these web applications are based on ASP.NET web forms andModel-View-Controller (MVC) style templates.

“We have rolled out several mobile native apps, apart from a real-time point-of-sale system. This has empowered the end customers to leverage the loyalty benefits offered by their banks across devices and merchant outlets,” said Bijaei Jayaraj, founder & CEO of Loylty Rewardz.
