Microsoft offers free Skype calls to disaster struck Nepal

Microsoft announced that it is now offering free-of-charge Skype calls to landlines and mobile phones to people wanting to connect Nepal.

The service will benefit friends and family of nearly 3 million affected by the recent Nepal earthquake that killed around 3000 people. Users can call in and out Nepal using Skype for no cost.

The service is available as Skype to Skype calls and Skype instant messages (already free).
