EMERGE acquires Viral Loops

EMERGE acquired referral marketing software provider Viral Loops from Wishpond Technologies in a $2 million deal to strengthen its performance marketing ecosystem. The acquisition supports EMERGE’s strategy to enhance customer acquisition through referral-driven growth tools and embedded viral marketing capabilities. Viral Loops’ technology enables businesses to launch automated referral programs, track user engagement, and optimize campaign performance. SecureVision acquires ENCO Systems’ bulk connectivity business

SecureVision, backed by Snowhawk, acquired the bulk connectivity division of ENCO Systems to expand its secure broadcast and media network infrastructure capabilities. The transaction strengthens SecureVision’s position in high-performance connectivity solutions for media and public safety sectors. The acquired business enhances large-scale data transmission, automation integration, and broadcast workflow efficiency. Strategically, the deal allows SecureVision to combine secure communications with advanced broadcast connectivity technology, expanding its customer base and recurring service revenue. Foundry acquires Griptape

Foundry, a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, acquired AI visual node-building software developer Griptape to advance its AI-powered content and workflow automation strategy. Griptape’s technology enables developers to build AI applications using visual node-based architecture, simplifying complex AI orchestration. The acquisition enhances Foundry’s product ecosystem with scalable AI workflow design tools and accelerates innovation in creative and media technology markets. Strategically, Roper strengthens its portfolio of asset-light, high-margin software businesses. The deal supports long-term growth by embedding advanced AI development capabilities into Foundry’s digital content and production software platforms.
