Laetus Education

Infotech Lead India: Carnegie Speech and Laetus Education have partnered to offer Carnegie Speech NativeAccent English language learning technology platform in educational institutions, corporations and franchisees across India and Sri Lanka.

NativeAccent is a web-based software platform used in testing and improving English speaking skills. It features personalized, interactive and intuitive exercises to give students the instruction and practice needed to rapidly improve spoken English.  It also provides instruction and practice needed to rapidly improve pronunciation, grammar and fluency, the cornerstones of comprehensibility.

“Our mission is to provide our customers with the most advanced language learning technology available to help further our business communities and provide the tools for people to build a greater quality of life,” said Kiran Kurmar K, founder and CEO of Laetus Education.

NativeAccent’s new technology identifies the exact error, provides immediate text, audio and graphic prompts to inform the student about what they must do to improve their speaking skills.  Intelligent tutor helps to reduce the learning time up to 50 percent.  This is prioritized by pronunciation training exercises based on each user’s individual needs factoring in gender, English proficiency and the student’s “mother-tongue” influence.

“Our partnership with Laetus Education is indicative of a growing global demand for proficient English speaking and listening skills in schools, universities and industries,” said Paul Musselman, CEO of Carnegie Speech.
