The Kerala-based Kalyan Silks said it is looking for hiring an IT manager for its upcoming network of supermarkets across Kerala.
Kalyan Silks will be building a network of supermarkets and hypermarkets in Kerala, one of the states in India. The Kalyan group is planning to open 10 big retail stores in the first year of operations. The vision of Kalyan group is to become the biggest supermarket chain in India by 2020.
At present, Kalyan Silks has 25 silk saree showrooms in India, UAE and Oman.
Kalyan Silks, in an advertisement in a prominent Malayalam daily, said IT manager should have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position. Key responsibilities include coordinating with business users and system integrators, planning and scheduling project timelines, tracking project milestones and deliverables, coordinating with internal hardware / networking team and providing end-user support.
