InfoVista increases sales force to address growing solution demand

InfoVista, a provider of proactive service performance assurance solutions has constantly been growing its worldwide sales force to address growing demand for its unified network, service and application performance management solutions.

The company has claimed that it has boosted its global sales force by 30 percent over the last three months.

In a bid to help CSPs, IT-intensive enterprises and mission-critical government organizations monetize and cost-effectively optimize their networks, InfoVista has also invested in solution development.

“Our technology platform is helping our prestigious CSP and large enterprise customers to cope with the increasing demand for high performing services and applications transported by their all-IP networks. Armed with a comprehensive suite of proven and award-winning solutions, complemented by innovations such as VistaSON, our strengthened sales force will continue to fulfill existing and new customers’ network, service and application performance management requirements,” said Philippe Ozanian, CEO, InfoVista.

The company has recently updated its service performance assurance platform, which is designed to help both CSPs and large IT organizations. The platform offers scalability, service modelling flexibility and open integration.

The platform provides the granular performance data visibility and real-time network intelligence , which is required for rapidly deliver differentiated services, maintain superior QoS and customer QoE, while lowering total cost of ownership (TCO).

InfoVista recently partnered with Telstra and equipped them with the service-level reporting capabilities, which is required to provide enterprise customers with increased visibility into their application performance and to have greater control over QoS.

InfoVista has also helped STC gain a significant competitive advantage. The company enabled STC to monitor its business and broadband services and millions of resources in real time.
