Infoblox has appointed Stephen Yu as executive vice president and general counsel.
Yu is responsible for legal affairs at Infoblox, as well as the company’s intellectual property portfolio, government affairs, public policy and corporate citizenship, said Infoblox in a statement.
Before joining Infoblox, Yu served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Rovi Corporation for the past seven years.
Prior to Rovi, Yu served as general counsel at Aspect Communications, a provider of contact center solutions, Riverstone Networks, a provider of Ethernet network solutions, and Palm, a provider of mobile computing solutions.
