HP Enterprise Group Executive Vice President Bill Veghte has decided to step down.
Since October, Bill has been leading the separation efforts for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, working with Chris Hsu and the Separation Management Office while continuing to manage the Enterprise Group led by Antonio Neri.
Prior to his current role, Bill served as HP’s chief operating officer, responsible for helping to define HP’s strategy and enabling operational excellence across the company. He joined HP in 2010 as HP’s chief strategy officer and executive vice president of HP Software.
Antonio Neri, who has been serving as leader of Enterprise Group, will officially take over the role as executive vice president and general manager. Antonio has been at HP over 20 years working across many lines of business and in many roles.
Most recently, he has worked to transform and accelerate HP’s Server business. Prior to that, he led the company’s Networking and Technology Services business. The EG leadership team reporting to Antonio remains unchanged.
Chris Hsu, who will assume the role of COO for Hewlett Packard Enterprise upon separation, will continue to lead Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s separation efforts.
