Hill Country Memorial deploys D-Link IP surveillance solution

Hill Country Memorial (HCM) has deployed D-Link IP Surveillance solutions to gain visibility into all previous blind spots to increase security and safety.

The installation included fixed and domed high-definition (HD) cameras as well as remote security monitoring software.

D-Link’s full HD fixed dome IP Cameras (DCS-6113) include 2 megapixel resolution and H.264 compression to ensure a high quality live video feed and for clear night vision it has built-in infrared LED illuminators.

D-Link has installed 46 indoor and outdoor IP cameras and allows remote monitoring.

Hill Country Memorial staff can access images and video on laptops and phones after hours.

D-Link IP cameras bring comprehensive visibility to small, medium and large businesses and provide affordable, high-quality surveillance to hospitals.

Hill Country Memorial is also planning to add 32 D-Link IP cameras to extend surveillance to off-campus buildings and parking lots.

“Overall, we noticed we had some dead spots in the existing system coverage, and we also noticed there were many places we hadn’t covered at all,” said Doug Crenwelge, safety officer for HCM.

Last month, Kingston Public School District deployed D-Link to implement state-of-the-art IP cameras, storage solutions and video management software to enable a safer learning environment.
