Hewlett Packard Enterprise revenues dip 4% to $14 billion in Q4

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) said its revenues fell 4 percent to $14.1 billion in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015.

The enterprise networking vendor generated $7.4 billion revenue (+2 percent) from Enterprise Group, $5 billion (–9 percent) from Enterprise Services and $958 million (–7 percent) from Software revenue.

Out of the Enterprise Group, revenue from Industry Standard Servers rose 5 percent, Storage revenue fell 7 percent, Business Critical Systems revenue dipped 8 percent, Networking revenue grew 35 percent, and Technology Services revenue declined 11 percent.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise said out of Enterprise Services business, Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing revenue fell 11 percent and Application and Business Services revenue dipped 5 percent.

HPE said out of Software business, License revenue fell 6 percent, support revenue dropped 9 percent, professional services revenue decreased 3 percent, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) revenue dropped 2 percent.
